As a Resident Property Manager or Management Team, you will oversee the daily operations of a storage facility and will be responsible for the following:
- Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Managing the Accounts Receivable process
- Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies
- Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses
- Deliver superior customer service through proper telephone and in-person sales to the facility
- Light maintenance work required
- You must live on-site in the apartment provided by the company
- Must be able to manage not only your office, but the other employees in that office
Primary Manager
- Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Managing the Accounts Receivable process
- Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies
- Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses
- Deliver superior customer service through proper telephone
- and in-person sales to the facility
- Light maintenance work required
- Must be able to manage not only your office, but the other employees in that office
Assistant Manager
- Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Managing the Accounts Receivable process
- Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies
- Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses
- Deliver superior customer service through proper telephone and in-person sales to the facility
- Light maintenance work required
- Must be able to understand and run the office in the primary managers absence
Part-Time Assistant Manager
- Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals
- Managing the Accounts Receivable process
- Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies
- Aggressive marketing/networking to local businesses
- Deliver superior customer service through proper telephone
- and in-person sales to the facility
- Light maintenance work required
- Hours range from 20 - 30 hours weekly
